The marriage of the hands, but dark
Together like tangled viney tree limbs
The ring of life and eternity
Surrounds her finger in a magical charm
Circling her vitality like a vulture

He knew that the spell that bound them would fade
Like the smile behind the veil she wore
The great wizard could not hold her anymore
Those powerfull spells supressed her hate
As she supressed her eyes from looking at his face
The violent thoughts grew with each red sunset

There were noises of potions
Motions of enchantment
Chanting illusions...
But she still turns her eyes
Not remembering why she loathed him so
Her grip on their ring pulling as if attached to her skin
The sun turns red and sets on an ocean of new emotions
Ripping out her artificial heart, finger bleeding
and truth pleading against the lies she must avenge

Now she knows who she is
Dark damp forests are not her home
She recalls a castle and a throne
and the tears of a stolen Queen
What will he do without her?
The Queen is dead, the people say
And now he has to believe them
